Delete your Axle account

You can delete your account yourself in the Axle app, at any time. It cannot be undone.

How to delete it in the app

  1. Open the Axle app and sign in with your number.

  2. Customers: open Account. Drivers and companies: open Profile.

  3. Tap Delete account, read what will happen, type the confirmation word and confirm.

Deleted at once

  • Your name, phone number, e-mail address and saved addresses.
  • For drivers: your base and availability location. A driver's seat ends.
  • Your notification registrations. You are signed out on every device.

Deleted later

  • Driver location history: within 30 days.
  • Notifications in the app: within 90 days.
  • Job chat: 180 days after the job closed.

Kept, and why

  • Requests, jobs, ratings, and wallet and fee records are kept without your name, for financial audit and as Iraqi law requires.
  • Verification documents of drivers and companies are kept only as long as needed to prevent fraud and to meet legal obligations.
  • Any wallet balance is lost. It cannot be refunded or moved.

Contact the Platform Liaison Officer. We first confirm that the account is yours, then help you delete it.
