For customers
Is Axle free for customers?
Yes. Posting requests and receiving offers is free. You pay the provider for the job directly.
How are providers verified?
Each provider uploads their national ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and a selfie in the app. The Axle team checks them.
Who do I pay for the job?
You pay the provider directly. Axle never holds job money.
What if something goes wrong?
Raise a dispute in the app. The Axle team aims to resolve disputes within 2 working days.
Which cities does Axle serve?
We are launching first in Baghdad.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The Android app comes first; an iPhone app will follow.
For drivers and companies
Can I see other drivers' offers?
No. Each driver sees only their own offer, and no one sees yours.
What does Axle cost for providers?
A seat for each driver, and a fee for each completed job, both paid from your Axle wallet. A seat costs 10,000 IQD per 30 days.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No. The wallet is only for Axle fees: its balance cannot be withdrawn.
How do renewal cards work?
Buy a card from a local seller and enter it in the app. Its value is added to your wallet.
How do I get verified?
Register, then upload your documents in the app. The Axle team checks them.
Can my company manage its drivers?
Yes. A company account manages drivers and vehicles, shares one wallet, and can send offers on behalf of drivers.
