1. Who we are
Axle is operated by the entity named on the Licences & compliance page. For any privacy question, contact the Platform Liaison Officer listed there.
2. What we collect
- Your mobile number. It is your identity on Axle and how we contact you.
- Your name, and for companies the company name and your role.
- An email address, if you give one. We use it only as a sign-in fallback.
- For providers: national ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and a selfie (for verification), and vehicle details and photos.
- Requests, offers, ratings and messages to support, and records of jobs and disputes.
- Wallet records: renewal cards used, seats and fees.
- Device information: a device fingerprint, used to keep accounts secure and to prevent fraud.
- Driver location during an active job only. While a job is in progress, the driver’s live location is shared with the customer of that job.
- Registration requests from this website: the details you enter in the form (see section 5).
3. How we use it
- To run Axle: accounts, requests, offers, matching, and contact between customers and providers.
- To verify providers and keep the platform safe.
- To prevent fraud and misuse.
- To handle support, disputes, reports and appeals.
- To meet legal obligations in Iraq.
- To send news and offers, only if you agreed to receive them. You can stop at any time.
4. Who sees your data
- The other side of a job sees what is needed to do it: for example, the customer sees the provider’s name, rating and vehicle, and the driver’s live location during the job.
- Service providers who help us run Axle (for example hosting and message delivery), only for that purpose.
- Authorities, when Iraqi law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
5. This website
- No cookies and no trackers. This website sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts, so there is no cookie banner.
- Registration form. The registration page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile loads only on that page and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals. The form sends your answers to Axle; we use them to contact you about your request.
- Your browser stores your language choice, the campaign details of your visit (for example
utm_source), and a key that stops the form from being sent twice. The last two are deleted when you close the tab.
6. Where data is stored
Personal data is kept separately from the rest of the service, so that it can be held in Iraq if Iraqi rules require it. Documents and photos are private and are shown only through short-lived secure links.
7. How long we keep it
- Driver location: 30 days.
- When you delete your account: your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for financial audit.
- Registration requests from this website that are rejected or converted into an account: deleted after 180 days.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your agreement to news and offers. Use the options in the app, or contact the Platform Liaison Officer.
9. Security
We use access controls, private storage for documents, and encryption in transit. Only staff who need personal data for their work can see it, and access to it is logged.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy has a version number. When we change it, we publish the new version here and tell users in the app. The version you accepted is recorded on your account.
11. Contact
