1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses Axle: customers, drivers and fleet companies, on the app and on this website. Axle is operated by the entity named on the Licences & compliance page. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Axle is a marketplace
Axle connects customers who need a truck or a machine with drivers and fleet companies who provide one. Axle is not a carrier, a broker or an equipment owner.
- The job is agreed between the customer and the provider. Axle is not a party to that agreement.
- The customer pays the provider directly. Axle never receives or holds job payments.
- Prices on Axle are in Iraqi dinars.
3. Your account
- You register with your mobile number, which is your identity on Axle. Keep it up to date.
- Give accurate information, and keep only one account.
- You must be legally able to enter into agreements in Iraq.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
4. Verification of providers
Before a driver or fleet company can work on Axle, the Axle team checks their documents: national ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and a selfie to match the ID. We may ask for the documents again, for example when they expire. We may refuse or suspend a provider whose documents cannot be verified.
5. Prices and fees
- Customers pay nothing to Axle.
- Providers pay for a seat for each driver, for a fixed period, and a fee for each completed job. The current amounts are on the Pricing page and in the app.
- If we change the amounts, we tell providers in the app before the change applies.
6. The Axle wallet
- Providers pay seats and fees from their Axle wallet. Fleet companies have one wallet for all their drivers.
- You top up the wallet with renewal cards sold by local sellers.
- The wallet can go below zero up to a limit set by Axle. Top it up to bring it back.
- The wallet is only for Axle fees. It is not a bank account: its balance cannot be withdrawn, refunded or transferred to another wallet.
7. How you use Axle
- Post real requests and real offers, and only for lawful work and lawful loads.
- Providers keep their vehicles and machines roadworthy, licensed and safe, and work in line with the law.
- Treat other users with respect. Do not harass, threaten or deceive anyone.
- Do not misuse Axle: no fake accounts, automated access, attempts to avoid fees, or attacks on the service.
8. Ratings, content and reporting
- After a job, customers can rate the provider. Ratings must be honest and about the job.
- Requests, photos, ratings, comments and profile details are reviewed and may be removed if they break these terms or the law.
- To report content or a user, use the report option in the app, or contact the Platform Liaison Officer (see Licences & compliance).
- Every moderation decision can be appealed. Contact the Platform Liaison Officer; the appeal is reviewed and the outcome is recorded.
9. Disputes
If something goes wrong with a job, raise a dispute in the app. The Axle team reviews it and aims to resolve it within 2 working days. Because the job is agreed between the customer and the provider, Axle helps both sides reach a solution and can act on accounts and ratings; it does not pay or receive the job money.
10. Suspension and closing an account
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails verification, or is involved in fraud or a safety risk. Where possible we tell you why, and you can appeal. You can close your account at any time; what happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.
11. Our responsibility
Axle provides the platform. The provider is responsible for doing the job, and the customer for the load and the site. To the extent Iraqi law allows, Axle is not responsible for the performance of a job or for loss or damage that happens during it. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms have a version number. When we change them, we publish the new version here and tell users in the app before it applies. The version you accepted is recorded on your account.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Disputes about them are handled by the competent Iraqi courts.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact the Platform Liaison Officer through the Licences & compliance page, or see Contact.
